SYNOPSIS
Lourdes and Lana met online using "sensory pills", a technology that allows access to the physical and emotional sensations of other people from a distance. After months of relationship, Lourdes decides to visit the country house of her parents, Vicente and Carl, to introduce them to her girlfriend Lana. Once there, however, it is difficult for them to express their feelings, with Lana fearful of not being accepted into a high class family unlike hers and Lourdes nervous at the sudden availability of her parents. On a morning walk through the countryside, news spreads about a missing child, triggering strange thoughts in Lana about the limits of the “sensory pills”. What would it be like to feel a death? And conversely, what would it be like to give birth? My senses are all I have to offer is a story about family and expectations, class difference and psychological isolation, in the tone of a subtle science fiction.
